1. Introduction
Welcome to OneVault.
OneVault from Mavic Platforms LLC ("us", "we", or "our") hereinafter referred to as
"Service".
Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to onevault.org & its subsidiary apps & services as mentioned
on onevault.org, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from
your use of our Service.
We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and
use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy,
the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with
the Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement with us (“agreement”).

SERVICE means the onevault.org & its subdomains website operated by Mavic Platforms
LLC.

from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

between you and us, including for billing and collection;

renewal notices, email-instructions, etc.;

and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired
about unless you have opted not to receive such information;

6. Retention of Data
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this
Privacy Policy which is subjected to legal obligations. We will retain and use your Personal Data to
the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain
your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and
policies.
Special Note:
If you have used Mavic Platforms related app’s digital cloud spaces, usernames, domain names by
uploading your data or contents, a copy of those data and history will be retained for a period of
where any legal or dispute resolution is met. Therefore always follow our policy to not to violate
privacy policy & terms while you are uploading contents to our platform. And do not upload copyright
contents on Mavic Platforms services, do not violate government policies, do not develop phishing
contents using Mavic Platform resources, do not use Netfy or Netfy digital resources any other
illegal purposes. All the retained data in such way even after deletion of an account will be
archived and will not be used for any marketing purposes or another purpose other than legal
observations upon a dispute by 3rd party.
Hence even you removed your account on Mavic Platforms, a legal copy of your uploaded data, contents
and other account details will be archived & retained in a secured digital black storage for legal
purposes where any dispute can be occurred by a 3rd party in the future. Here a 3rd party can be
anyone such as government, police, firm or person who became a victim due to your uploaded contents,
articles or any other behavior, development done using Mavic Platforms resources.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a
shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the
functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time
periods.
7. Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers
located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data
protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we
transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your
agreement to that transfer.
OneVault will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely
and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to
an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of
your data and other personal information.
8. Disclosure of Data
We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide:

special request to change your existing OneVault username as it's blocked by default to avoid
username acquisition abuse.

information is inaccurate or incomplete.
0.3. the right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.
0.4. the right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your
personal information.
0.5. the right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of your Personal
Data in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format;
0.6. the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
where we rely on your consent to process your personal information;
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. Please
note, we may not able to provide Service without some necessary data.
You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your

European Economic Area (EEA).
11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to
post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or
company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting
personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy
on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is
being shared, and to comply with this policy.

rolling twelve-month period. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to

personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our records and
direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through
de-identification of the information. If you choose to delete your personal information, you may
not be able to use certain functions that require your personal information to operate.
0.3. To stop selling your personal information. We don't sell or rent your personal
information to any third parties for any purpose. We do not sell your personal information for
monetary consideration. However, under some circumstances, a transfer of personal information to
a third party, or within our family of companies, without monetary consideration may be
considered a “sale” under California law. You are the only owner of your Personal Data and can
request disclosure or deletion at any time.
If you submit a request to stop selling your personal information, we will stop making such

Your data protection rights, described above, are covered by the CCPA, short for the California
Consumer Privacy Act. To find out more, visit the official California Legislative Information
website. The CCPA took effect on 01/01/2020.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service
Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist
us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and
are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Our services are not intended for use by minors without parental guidance.(“Child”
or “Children”).

aware that a Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we
have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps
to remove that information from our servers.
