2. Definitions

SERVICE means the onevault.org & its subdomains website operated by Mavic Platforms LLC.

PERSONAL DATA means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

USAGE DATA is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

0.11. to provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information;

6. Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy which is subjected to legal obligations. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

If you have used Mavic Platforms related app’s digital cloud spaces, usernames, domain names by uploading your data or contents, a copy of those data and history will be retained for a period of where any legal or dispute resolution is met. Therefore always follow our policy to not to violate privacy policy & terms while you are uploading contents to our platform. And do not upload copyright contents on Mavic Platforms services, do not violate government policies, do not develop phishing contents using Mavic Platform resources, do not use Netfy or Netfy digital resources any other illegal purposes. All the retained data in such way even after deletion of an account will be archived and will not be used for any marketing purposes or another purpose other than legal observations upon a dispute by 3rd party.

Hence even you removed your account on Mavic Platforms, a legal copy of your uploaded data, contents and other account details will be archived & retained in a secured digital black storage for legal purposes where any dispute can be occurred by a 3rd party in the future. Here a 3rd party can be anyone such as government, police, firm or person who became a victim due to your uploaded contents, articles or any other behavior, development done using Mavic Platforms resources.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

7. Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to United States and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

OneVault will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

0.4. the right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

0.6. the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on your consent to process your personal information;

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. Please note, we may not able to provide Service without some necessary data.

11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.
